Particularly given I was planning a wedding in Adelaide while living in London, Kelly’s organisation and expertise was invaluable. The lead up to my wedding was very relaxed because of the impeccable organisation and when I arrived at the ceremony the set up of the ceremony and the reception was even better than I could have imagined.

We had a three hundred people wedding on our property with absolutely nothing on it except a patch of dirt - and they turned it into a wedding that surpassed my wildest dreams.
Kelly from day dot has been so kind and gave me a sense of peace of mind which is why I booked. The team attended site visits, supplier meetings, sent countless emails and texts to organise and set-up every single visual detail on the day.
It was the attention to detail they had that really blew me away. From ensuring that the colour of the candles, flowers, linens and the ribbon on the bonbonierre all matched, to ironing out every single crease on the tablecloths and napkins, that every single glass arch in our marquee was cleaned, ensuring that no scuffs or marks were to be made on our white floor before we got there, to the location placement of restrooms, the colour of the pots from the hired plants, organising timetables for delivery and pack down for the suppliers, to organising the run sheet on the day and the countless other details that I could never think of or ever have the time or brain space to deal with.
Planning and setting up a wedding is a mammoth task. And to have someone there to fight in your corner, to help you achieve what you want, to set everything up like you dreamed - is something that is worth every single penny and more. I cannot recommend Found Collective enough.

Choosing Found Collective is a decision we will never regret.
Before coming across found collective, we reviewed many other Adelaide planners and event specialists before choosing Kelly. We spoke over the phone during the pandemic and booked her a week later. Fortunately we were amongst the few who did not need to postpone arrangements due to the pandemic however, we never felt like we never needed to either as Kelly was always there to minimise any uncertainty.
It is obvious from your first conversation that Kelly is kind, lovely, professional and above all invested in your dream. It's easy to say because it's true she's very talented and a delight, she feels like family. What set's her apart from all the others; she has a unique aesthetic that many find impossible to achieve, she is very connected in the industry which made arranging our 'dry hire' venue a breeze, brilliant negotiation skills, extremely conscious of your budget and she always goes the extra mile. If there was a problem on the day I wouldn't have noticed. Ultimately, we walked away feeling like she was underpaid for all her work and the support she provided us.

I'm so glad I heard about the Found Collective! I had started to plan our marquee wedding while on maternity leave, but soon realised it was going to be a much bigger job then I could manage on my own. We ended up choosing Kelly's 'Sit Back and Relax Package', which meant I could hand over all the coordination leading up to, and on the day of, the wedding…a life saver when you have a one year old!
Kelly's job was made even harder after we made the decision to re-schedule due to COVID. She was so understanding and accommodating during this time and helped ease the stress of moving everything to our new date.
Kelly really did go above and beyond to bring our vision of the day to life, and we were so happy with how it all came together.

From the moment I met Kelly, I knew that I was in brilliant hands.
I was a bit nervous because I'm a tiny-detail person and our wedding was going to be more about executing every hope and dream I'd whipped up than planning it from scratch: I absolutely didn't need to be a worried.
I can't describe how it felt seeing Kel and her team bring to life everything that I had been sketching out for months, but I will say that it was one of the most special moments I've ever had. Kelly was more than a stylist and coordinator- she was a sounding board when decisions needed making, a voice of reason when a wind forecast of 55km/h popped up a few days before our (outdoor!) wedding and an absolute rock through the whole process.
She thought of things that even I didn't: the only thing I wish I did was find Kelly sooner! Could not recommend her more highly for couples who have lives outside of planning: she was the balance and the superstar that we needed: and in the end, a beautiful friend that we both feel so lucky to have found. Due to COVID restrictions our wedding was cancelled. Then we decided (a month before our original big day) to elope!
I quickly tried to research suppliers/venues and the like but found the task overwhelming with the sheer amount of work to do in a short time frame, so then stumbled upon Kelly and I'm SO GLAD I did. I love supporting businesses where you can see how passionate the owner is as an added bonus. So if you're like me and want a relaxed stress free day with all the elements of a traditional wedding found collective is your go to! 10/10 recommend!
