We have a minimum hire order of $200 (excludes delivery/bond fees) and a bond is payable on all hire bookings.
Please check your junk/spam folder for our reply, as sometimes our emails land there. We always respond to hire enquiries within 1-3 days.
We can provide you with a quote for delivery and collection if you request this in your form.
Pick up and Returns
If you prefer to pick the item(s) up from us, we are located in Seacliff, SA. Items are available for pick up 24-48 hours prior to your event. Please ensure you confirm pick up days and times with us, as we are a residential address and not a business, times must be confirmed the week prior. Our address will be provided the week of your event.
For large items like our arbours, the client is responsible for ensuring they have a vehicle that is big enough and is also weatherproof to ensure our items are out of the weather/ rain (for example, a van or enclosed vehicle, not a ute). Please check the measurements of the items you have booked to ensure they will fit in your vehicle (dimensions are listed on the items page on our website).
We also require you to provide blankets to wrap the items so they don’t get damaged or scratched in transit. Please note: the bond will be higher for bookings who would like to pick up and return our bulky items like arbours.
Items must be returned within 24-48 hours after your event unless otherwise agreed with us. If you are hiring our linen and returning the items to us, the return must be within 24 hours after the conclusion of your event (for example if your event is a Saturday evening, the linen must be returned on Sunday by 5pm).
